Meet Courtney Krulis, the creator of Pick Me Up Cards
I created Pick Me Up because these are the words I needed to hear throughout my 20s and 30s... Reminders to trust myself, let go, stop comparing, find perspective and be a little kinder to myself.I became fascinated by how the words we repeat to ourselves can shape the way we think, feel and experience our lives. So, I turned those reminders into 44 little cards to help us practise more joy, intention and self-belief, one pick-me-up at a time!
